I’m Chef Quiel Mallari, a Filipino chef based in Queenstown, New Zealand, with a passion for creating dining experiences that connect people through flavour and shared moments. My goal is simple - to feed as many people as I can, sharing the vibrant spirit of my Filipino heritage while celebrating the ingredients, techniques, and lessons I’ve learned here in New Zealand.

Through QDiningNZ, I offer bespoke private dining experiences - thoughtfully designed menus, inspired by travel, culture, and personal stories. Each event is crafted to make guests feel nourished, relaxed, and at home.
